Section 6 – Order Processing & Dispatch All candles are handmade fresh upon receiving your order. Please allow a minimum of 1 day for production, after which your order will be dispatched. This ensures quality and freshness in every product.

Section 7 –Product Appearance Disclaimer As each candle is individually hand-poured, slight variations may occur. Colors may differ slightly from images displayed on the website due to lighting conditions and the natural setting process of wax. Additionally, minor imperfections such as small air bubbles or surface variations are normal and are a characteristic of handmade products.

Section 8 - For bulk purchases, candles are hand made individually. Exact color matching across multiple same colored pieces cannot be guaranteed due to artisanal nature of the whole process. A uniform overall look can be expected, but minor variations between pieces are normal and unavoidable in handmade productions. As candles are fresh made after receiving the order a minimum of 2 weeks is required before dispatching depending on the number of candles ordered.
