This Return and Refund Policy govern the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by Arpita Bhattacharya. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns/ Replacements are only accepted if the product received is wrong, damaged or defective. Customers are requested to review all details before placing an order as returns are not accepted based on expectations or change of mind as details are provided in product description.

• The product must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered.

• Unboxing video needed for products when requested returned within 24 hours of return request.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or installation.

• Customized or made-to-order wooden products

• Items without original packaging

• Products purchased during clearance sale or special promotions

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

• The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment
